Trading App
Alert Experience in Tablet Device
Supporting daily trading activities when users were away from their desks, we want to establish an alerting system that will enable “alert settings”, “notifications” and be able to “take action” to user’s needs on market changes.
Challenges
- Considering 0 to couple hundreds of alert messages for extreme cases
- Need to adapt simple native mobile experience regardless of the complex data
- Limited timeline for learning and design validation
- Need to provide consistent service on different types of device (mobile phone, desktop trading enterprise app)
Solutions
- Create a fluence/scaleable alert system that fits on given user
scenarios and validate with clients on other opportunities - Wearing different hats to take some shortcuts based on current user behaviors
- Quick validations from competitors & other expert domains
